摘 要: 合成并提纯了7-(2-羧基-4-溴-苯偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(简称 CBB),详细研究了试剂和钼、羟胺形成三元配合物的条件。试剂的离解常数 pK_1、pK_2、pK_3分别为1.90、3.85、8.20。试剂和钼形成配合物的最大吸收峰为500nm。摩尔吸光系数为1.2×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。用于大豆中微量钼的测定,结果满意。 A new spectrophotometric reagent CBB has been synthesized,the physical property and theacid dissociation constant have been studied anddetermined.The pK_1,pK_2,pK_8 values of thereagent are 1.90,3.85,8.20 respectively.Com-plexation reaction of Mo,hydroxylamine withCBB has been studied.The complex exhibits amaximum absorbance at 500nm.The molar absorp-tivity of the complex is 1.2×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).Beer's law is obeyed for 1~10μg/10mL Mo.Thismethod has been used for determining Mo infoods.
