摘　　要： 在对甲苯磺酸存在下,由氯乙酸和正丁醇合成了氯乙酸正丁酯.当氯乙酸、正丁醇和对甲苯磺酸的物质的量比为1︰2.5︰0.05,回流分水90min,酯收率达93.3%. n-Butyl chloroacetate was synthesis from chloroacetic acid and n-butanol in the presence of p-toluene sulfuric acid. The yield of the ester could reach 93.3% under amount of substance ratio of chloroacetic acid, n-butanol and p-toluene sulfuric acid were 1:2.5:0.05, refluxing and water segregating for 90min.
