摘　　要： 对当前高校图书馆科研工作中存在的问题 :科研意识淡薄 ,科研参与热情不高 ;急功近利 ,科学研究目的不明确 ;受到不公正待遇 ,学术气氛不浓 ;选题雷同 ,低水平重复研究课题多 ;合作攻关项目较少 ;科研素质低 ,写作能力较差等进行了分析 。 The article aims at a discussion of existing problems in research work of the libraries of colleges and universities: such as the weakness of scientific researches, less enthusiasm in research work, profit drive, obscure objectives of research work, unequal treatment, similarities and repetition of subjects, low quality of researchers, joint-venture of program, mal-ability in writing, etc., and suggests some measurements for improvement.
