摘　　要： 豫东某奶牛场发生了以食欲减退、体温升高,拉黄白色水样粪便为特征的犊牛传染病.根据临床表现、病理剖检变化及微生物学诊断,确定为大肠杆菌感染,血清型为O119型.选用头孢唑啉和新霉素进行临床治疗,取得了明显疗效. In the east of Henan , the calves of a cow farm got an infectious disease characterized by eating less food, higher temperature, excreting yellow and white feces with water. According to the clinical symptoms,clinil autopsy, and microbiological diagnosis, the calves were found to have infected by a pathogenic Eschogenic coli and it's serotype is O119. After treatment with neomicycin and cefazolin, the therapeutic effect is obvious
