摘　　要： 采用B超法测定了固始鸡活体的胸肌厚度(X1)、小腿部横切面面积(X2)及睾丸横切面周长(X3),并于屠宰后称重胸肌(Y1)、腿肌(Y2),测量睾丸正中横切面周长(Y3)并进行比较与统计分析.结果表明,上述3对性状间有极显著的相关关系(其相关系数分别为r1=0.73,r2=0.84,r3=0.79呈显著水平).作者建立了相应的直线回归方程,表明用B超法活体测量值来估测鸡胸肌重、腿肌重,乃至睾丸等内脏器官的活体性状是可行的,对家禽育种及生产实践均有一定的理论和现实意义. The Gushi Cocks'thickness of the muscles pectorals (X1)?square of the muscles cruse cross section(X2) and circumference of the testicular cross section(X3) were measured by Bmold ultrasound scanner. Then the weight of the muscles pectorals and the muscles cruse was mcasured, and the circumference of the median cross section of the testis was also measured by butcher in the study. Three couples of the coefficient of correlation (r1=073, r2=084, r3=079) were obtained by statistic analysis. And three straightline regression equatios were set upThe method has been proved feasible and is of theorectical and pratical significance to the breeding and prodaction of farm yard birds
