摘 要: 本文以T公司某产品压铸模具开发过程的并行改造为例,阐述了T公司在产品开发并行化所开展的大量的卓有成效的工作。通过并行工程的实施,模具开发周期大大缩短,模具开发质量与成本显著降低。 Taking diecasting module development process as example,this paper reports great achievements obtained by T Company in product development based on comcurrent engineering.Because of the implement of concurrent engineering,module development cycles are shortened,the cost is reduced,and the quality is improved.
