摘　　要： 该文提出了再就业工程城市政府规范性调控机制设计的指导思想、基本思路、调控原则和调控机制的构成 ,并对赣、湘、粤三省各类县级市政府再就业工程规范性调控机制作了简要的阐述。 This paper states the composition of guiding thought, basic thinking,controlling principle and controlling mechanism in governmental normal controlling mechanism on reemployment ,and then simply analyses the standard controlling mechanism of different kind of county governments about reemployment project in Jiangxi, Hunan and Guangdong provinces.
