摘　　要： 在长期的教育实践中,广州铁路职业技术学院构建了校企协同创新创业人才培养模式。在此基础上,机械与电子学院结合学校的办学定位和制造类专业群特色,通过创新示范园校企合作制度、健全创业实践课程体系和打造创新创业平台等举措,研究和实践如何培养和提升师生的创新意识和创业能力。 Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic has built a school-enterprise cooperative training model of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in long-term educational practice .Based on it and combined school-running orientation with specialty of manufacturing group , Electrical and Mechanical Engineering College has conducted research and practice on how to cultivate and enhance teachers'and students'awareness of innovation and ability of entrepreneurship , through innovating school-enterprise cooperative demonstration zone system , improving entrepreneurship practical curriculum system and building a platform for innovation and entrepreneurship , among other initiatives .
