摘　　要： 为了使学生的工作能力切实符合职业岗位的要求,高职院校必须建设具有真实工作氛围的实训基地。针对轨道交通车辆专业校内实训基地存在的建设成本高、占地面积大、设备种类多、设备使用率低等问题,从具体的实践出发,提出了以专业群为服务对象,模拟与实物相结合的建设思路,通过建设列车驾驶、车辆机械检修、车辆电气传动三个综合性实训基地,为高职学生提供全面的职业技能训练。 In order to enable students to perfectly meet the professional requirements , higher vocational colleges must construct practical training bases with real work atmosphere .In view of the existing problems , such as high construction cost , large space occupation , so many varieties of equipment and low equipment utilization of campus practical training bases for rail transit vehicle major , the paper practically illustrates the construction thoughts of targeting the specialty groups and combining simulation with real objects to provide comprehensive vocational skill training for vocational students by constructing three integrated practical training bases , i.e.train driving base , vehicle mechanical maintenance base and vehicle electric drive base .
