摘　　要： 学风是一所高校的气质和灵魂,抓好学风建设是高校可持续发展的内在需求。近年来,随着行业发展,国内院校"订单培养"模式也日趋成熟,然而人才培养质量问题也随之凸显。但目前,对该领域内或该模式下学风建设的探究和微观系统研究却甚少。本文以当前学风问题现状为切入点,从订单培养场域这个视角深入剖析,针对问题提出相应对策。 The study style is the temperament and soul of a college. Construction of the study style is the inherent requirement of the sustainable development of a college. In recent years, with the development of the industry, domestic "order-based cultivating mode" has been maturing, however, the problem of talents cultivation quality gradually appears. At present, the study style is seldom studied in the micro system in this field. The paper takes the existing situation of study style as the breakthrough point to offer proposals from the perspective of "order -based mode".
