摘　　要： 当今社会的大学生职业指导是一项比较复杂的系统工程,关系着千万个学生以及他们的家庭。开展多元化职业指导是破解学生就业难、提升学生个人就业竞争力的重要方式。主要分析了多元化职业指导的内涵以及广东工程职业技术学院开展多元化职业指导在实际工作中的成效分析、存在的问题和改进的具体措施。 Career guidance of the college students is a complex systematic engineering in the current society , and it is relative to thousands of students and their families.Diversified vocational guidance is an important way to analyze and explain the difficulty of students'employment and promote students'individual employment competitiveness.The paper mainly analyzes the connotation of diversified vocational guidance and the effect of diversified vocational guidance in the practical work of Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic , and puts forward the problems and the concrete measures of improvement.
