摘　　要： 采用实证分析法,以广东省某高职院校为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式对宿舍文化建设存在的问题进行调查研究。调查发现,宿舍文化建设总体上状态良好,有91.6%的同学对住宿持满意及以上态度,但仍存在着不少问题,如宿舍矛盾消极应对、部分宿舍卫生无人打扫、宿舍违规现象等。建议学校应从加强团体辅导、教师融入宿舍管理、进行宿舍分配制度改革等三方面解决上述问题。 Adopting the empirical analysis method,this paper studies the problems existing in dormitory culture construction of higher vocational colleges by conducting a questionnaire survey at a certain college as a case study in Guangdong Province. It has been found that nearly 91. 6% of the students are satisfied with the current conditions of the dormitory,which suggests on the whole dormitory culture is in good condition,but there are still many problems such as negative responses to dormitory contradictions,unwillingness to clean the dormitory and violation of dormitory regulation. It is suggested that schools should strengthen group counseling,involve teachers in the dormitory daily management and reform dormitory distribution system.
