摘　　要： 高职院校的生命力体现为在学校与社会的紧密关系中,能面向地方经济社会发展和行业企业转型升级需要。构建社会服务体系对高职院校转型升级和持续发展具有重要的战略意义,是高职院校增强社会服务能力、满足社会多样化发展需要的有效途径。其关键要素包括产学联合共建共享社会服务平台,产学协同创新社会服务内容与模式,产学携手共建社会服务长效运行机制,实现产学优势互补、人才培养与社会服务相得益彰,促进高职院校办学与区域产业发展紧密结合和共融发展。 The lifeblood of higher vocational colleges is embodied in the close relationship between the school and society,to face the need of local economic and social development and industry transformation and upgrading of enterprises. As an effective way for vocational colleges to enhance the capacity of social services and meet the diversified development needs of the community,construction of social service system has important strategic significance to transformation,upgrading and sustainable development of vocational colleges,whose key elements include enterprise-college joint construction and sharing of community services platform, enterprise-college collaborative innovation of social services and the modes and enterprise-college working together to build a long-term operational mechanism of social services to achieve combination of advantages of enterprise and college,with mutual reinforcement of personnel training and social services, thus promoting tight integration and harmonious development of vocational colleges and regional industries.
