摘　　要： 构建现代职业教育体系,需要建立中等、高等、研究生多层次的职业教育体系。分析了目前在中职、高职、本科合作培养职业人才中存在的认识误区,提出了不同层次院校合作开展人才培养过程中必须解决的主要问题:转变观念、一体化设计、本科教学模式改革和不同阶段的职业教育递进关系。 Building the modern vocational education system needs to establish a multi-level vocational education system including secondary,higher and graduate education. The paper analyzes the misunderstanding in the cooperation training of professional talents among secondary vocational schools,higher vocational colleges and universities. It poses the main problems which should be solved in the process of the cooperation training of talents in different levels of colleges and universities,for example,changing the ideas,integrated design,and reform of teaching mode in universities and progressive relation of vocational education in different stages.
