摘　　要： 针对目前数字家庭产业快速发展,应用型人才需求大,而高校输送的人才与产业需要的人才不匹配的现状,提出了适用于数字家庭应用型人才培养的"933"人才培养模式,有效地提升人才培养的针对性和适应性。 According to the status of rapid development of digital home industry,there are more needs of applied talents,but the graduates from colleges don't meet the needs of industry. The paper puts forward a new'933'(9 kinds of professional abilities,3 stages of developing abilities,3 places to cultivate abilities) training mode suitable for training digital home applied talents,which can improve the pertinence and adaptability of talents training.
