摘 要: 有着悠久、独特文化传统的中国目前正处于社会变革期,研究中国人的价值取向与结构,对准确刻画中国人乃至中国社会的本质特征存在重要学术意义。本研究采用本土化方法研究中国人的价值取向与价值观结构,首先通过开放式问卷收集原始价值项目,通过归类分析并结合其他问卷建构了中国人的价值观调查项目,预试后确定了79个项目的中国人价值观调查工具。共收集了2089份来自全国五个城市的大学生和企业员工的有效问卷。对其中的一半作探索性因素分析,另一半作验证性因素分析,结果发现,中国人的价值取向包括社会和谐、仁爱友信、开拓创新、成就权力、中庸传统、安居乐业、家庭美满、快乐人生、人情关系和自由平等等10种价值取向,并可进一步分成"阴""阳"两个类别。研究发现,中国人的主导价值观包括家庭美满、仁爱友信和自由公正等,不同性别和不同性质的被试主导价值观是一致的,只是相对而言,男性更强调开拓创新、人情关系等"阳"性价值观,女性更强调社会和谐、安居乐业等"阴"性价值观;大学生群体和工作群体的价值观基本相同,相对而言,工作群体的被试更强调成就权力。 China,a country with long-standing culture, has been experiencing major social changes since the 1980s. Knowing the values orientation of its people is of critical importance. In order to explore the specific traits of Chinese values systems, two studies were conducted following the indigenous approach. At first,the original value items, collected by open questionnaire, sorted into general items by multiple individuals. After the pretest, the preliminary Chinese Value Instrument (CVI) was constructed, which has 79 items. We collected data from 2089 people,and results revealed 11 dimensions of Chinese people: Morale standards, Social harmony, Achievement & power, Mental development, Deploitation & risk, Stability, Familism, Happiness, Renqing & guanxi, Self-direction, Zhongyong, which could be further classified into two categories: 'Yin (阴)' and 'Yang (阳)'. This research also found that the guiding values of Chinese people are Familism, Morale standards,Mental development,and that the differences in values between male and female are not significant.
