摘　　要： 在国际民事诉讼中,管辖权的确定常常关系到实体法的适用问题,从而直接影响到案件的审理结果。因此,法院对管辖权的审查也就显得尤为重要。本文主要对管辖权审查的过程、范围以及中国的立法和实践进行了探讨。 In the international civil procedure,the determination of jurisdiction is always related to the application of substantial laws,directly affecting the result of the litigation.Thus,it is so important for a court to examine the jurisdiction.This article mainly studies on the process and scope of the examination of jurisdiction,also on the legislation and practice of China.
