摘　　要： 人类已悄然步入知识经济时代 ,这种新的经济形态带来了一幅崭新的民主政治图景。知识经济改变着民主的主体、民主的条件以及民主政府的运作 ,并有可能掀起又一次民主化浪潮。民主 ,这个人类政治智慧的产物 。 The whole society comes to the times of intelligence economy,which brings a new image of democratic politics.
