摘 要: 本文讨论了滚齿机传动链主要误差的合成方法.从模拟后的补偿结果分析了数字式测量的系统误差对传动误差补偿效果的影响.同时讨论了用牛顿插值公式拟合微机补偿后传动误差残差的计算方法,并对一台Y38-A型精密滚齿机传动误差补偿效果进行了计算机模拟,其结果证明,采用“数字凸轮”的补偿方法,可使机床传动误差自33.24″降至3.48″. This article deals with the main error composition for the transmission train of a gear-hobbing machine. According to the results of compensation simulation, the effect of system error of digital instruments on the transmission error is discussed. A method for calculating the transmission error, a residual error, by Newton's interpolation formula is described. Computer simulation of the transmission error compensation for a type Y38-A precision gear-hobbing machine has been performed on an IBM-PC/XT personal computer. It is shown that the transmission error can be reduced from 33.24' to 3.48' with a digital cam.
