摘 要: 采用静态水热法分别以正丁胺、四丙基溴化铵为模板剂合成 ZSM- 5分子筛及 Fe- ZSM- 5杂原子分子筛 ;利用 XRD与 FT- IR对其结构进行表征 ;考察了 Mo改性后分子筛催化剂上甲烷脱氢芳构化的反应性能。结果表明 ,Fe部分进入了分子筛的骨架 ,导致分子筛的结晶度及表面酸强度的下降 ,使 Mo/ Fe- ZSM-5催化剂的反应性能较 Mo/ HZSM- ZSM-5 and heteroatom-containing zeolite Fe-ZSM-5 were synthesized under static hydrothermal condition in the presence of n-butyl amine and tetrapropylammonium bromide as templates, respectively. The two types of zeolites were characterized by means of XRD and FT-IR techniques.The catalytic performance for methane dehydro-aromatization over the catalysts modified by molybdenum was also investigated.The results showed that Fe was partially located in the zeolite framework,which caused the decline of zeolite crystallinity and surface acid strength, thus the catalytic activity of Mo/Fe-ZSM-5 catalyst decreased remarkably in comparison with that of Mo/ZSM-5 catalyst.
