摘　　要： 论述了市盈率指标的内涵和特点,通过对市盈率公式的分解,研究了市盈率和风险的内在关系,并讨论了市盈率反映的公司风险类型,进而提出了应用市盈率进行投资时应该关注的几个问题. P/E is a key index in financial analysis, which is important to analyze and study company risk by determining individual P/E properly.This paper describes the definition and characteristic of P/E firstly.After decomposing its formula,it studies the intrinsic relationship between P/E and company risk, and then discusses the kinds of risk which derive from P/E, therefore puts forward some suggestions for applying P/E ratio in investment.
