摘 要: 四氯化锡能够代替硫酸作为酯化催化剂 .研究了利用五水四氯化锡催化 ,由马来酸酐与异戊醇反应合成马来酸二异戊酯 ,讨论了其影响因素 ,当马来酸酐、异戊醇和四氯化锡的物质的量比为 1∶4∶0 .0 86,回流分水 60min ,酯收率达96.7% ,并且催化合成了马来酸二正丁酯 。 Stannic chloride can be used as catalyst for esterification instead of salphuric acid.The synthesis of diisopentyl maleate with maleic anhydride and isopentanol as reactants and stannic chloride pentahydrate as catalyst has been studied.The influent factors of reaction were investigated.The yield of the ester could reach 96.7% under amount of substance ratio of maleic anhydride,isopentanol and stannic chloride were 1∶4∶0.086,refluxed and water segregated for 60min.The din-butyl maleate,diisobutyl maleate and din-pentyl maleate were also synthesised with stannic chloride pentahydrate as catalyst.
