摘　　要： 创业教育是当今世界范围高等教育发展的新理念。随着知识经济时代的到来和我国加入WTO、举办 2 0 0 8奥运 ,社会对体育人才的素质特别是创业素质的要求进一步提高 ,创业型人才的培养在高等体育院系更具现实意义。当前高等体育院系创业教育的开展显得过于平寂 ,创业型人才的培养落后于时代的要求。因此 ,体育院系要进一步认识开展创业教育的重要性和紧迫性 ,从课程设置、教学方法、激励机制、创业教材师资等方面加以改革完善。 Nowadays, the education of starting an undertaking is a new principle that is the result of the development of high education in the world. Along with the coming of knowledge-based economy age, affiliating WTO and holding Olympics of 2008 year in China, it is more important for us to improve the quality of the talent in P.E., especially the quality of starting an undertaking. Also it is more significant for us to train more talents in the high college ant department of P.E., However, nowadays, the education of starting an undertaking in high college and department of P.E. And the personnel training have fallen behind the age. Therefore, the leaders of the high college and department should attach much importance to recognize the significance and urgency of the development of the education of starting an undertaking. I think they should start with the following four aspects, that is, the course setting, the teaching method, the encouraging mechanism, the teacher training and teaching material etc.
