摘　　要： 运用文献法、典型调查法等实证的方法 ,并结合广东省竞技体育发展的实际 ,及其体育后备人才培养的现状 ,探讨了“体教结合”的基本内涵、基本规律 ,有效地提出了广东省“体教结合”的运作方式及其基本对策 ,为体育后备人才在数量和质量上的进一步提高提出了合理化的建议。 By the method of document, case investigation and so on, the article combine the fact of sports' development of Guangdong and the situation of sports talents, discuss the basic conception and basic rule, point out the basic counter measure and manipulate method of “Combination of Sports with Education”in Guangdong Province At the same time the article give some good suggestion to improve the quantity and quality of sports talent
