摘 要: 概括了当今限流技术的基本工作原理、技术特点 ,并详细介绍了现有的各种固态限流器 ,诸如 GTO开关型限流器、谐振式限流器、可变阻抗式限流器、具有串联补偿作用的限流器、无损耗电阻器式限流器、混合限流器、新型桥式固态短路限流器的拓扑结构及工作原理 ,综述固态限流器的国内外发展状况 。 This paper cursorily compares the principles and characteristics of several kinds of current limiting technology, and illustrates the present solid state fault current limiters in details. The history and recent development of solid state fault current limiter are reviewed. The paper also points out the most important problems for applying solid state fault current limiter to electric power systems.
