摘 要: 研究了 PMMA含量小于 7.5 %的 PMMA- PET共混体系的流变性能。结果表明 ,共混体系为切力变稀的非牛顿流体 ;随着共混体系中 PMMA组分的增加 ,非牛顿指数呈减小趋势 ,粘度有一定下降 ;在2 80℃低剪切应力时 ,ηa随着 PMMA组分的增加而上升 ,在高剪切应力时 ,则相反 ;共混体系的粘流活化能基本上都大于纯 PET。 In this paper, the rheology properties of PMMA PET blends were studied. The results show that the blend melt is non Newtonian fluid. The relationship between lg η a(apparent viscosity) and lg τ w(shear stress) is linear; with the PMMA content increasing, the non Newtonian index and apparent viscosity η a tend to go down; at temperature of 280 ℃ and 290 ℃, the apparent viscosity exhibits a maximum at a PMMA content of 1%; at 290 ℃, the apparent viscosity of blends with PMMA content varing from 1% to 7.5% is all lower than neat PET; viscous activation energy of blends is basically greater than that of neat PET.
