摘　　要： 宋代的租佃制有分成和定额之分,本文认为由于自身特点的原因,宋代租佃制下,契约主要存在于定额租制下,宋代大部分的分成租制不存在契约。 The rent system includes distribution system and quota system in the Song Dynasty.this paper indicates that the rent contract mainly exists in distribution system not in quota system becaiuse of the different characters of them .
