摘 要: 首先研究了螺线管周围的磁场分布及其变化规律,模拟得到了理想情况下螺线管内细胞中的感应电场分布,将其应用于小白鼠的脉冲电磁场试验中,得到此时对生物体发生作用的磁场变化率dB/dt的数值,由此知道了电路中电流的波形,就可以得到空间中任意一点的磁场强度及其变化率,从而可将这种模拟计算应用于更微观的生物电磁试验中磁场的测量。这使生物电磁效应中的磁场的量化成为可能,为进一步的研究打下基础。 In this article magnetic field distribution of solenoid was studied and several programs were written to calculate magnetic field of solenoid. Then the result of these programs was proved. First, magnetic field distribution of cell in solenoid was researched. White mice which were exposed to the pulse electromagnetic field also was studied in this way and pulse magnetic field intensity was 4000T/s.It was very close to the measurement so this method could -be used at the further study.
