摘 要: 缺磷胁迫下对缺磷敏感程度不同的 3个品种长豇豆幼苗根中IAA含量均提高 ,二芦白升幅最大 ,芦花白次之 ,香港青最小 ;嫩茎叶中IAA含量都升高 ,香港青升幅最大 ,芦花白次之 ,二芦白最小。缺磷胁迫下长豇豆幼苗中IAA含量升高 ,并可能从地上部向根系运转 ,因而根冠比提高。 Under phosphorus deficient stress, IAA contents in root of 3 kinds of asparagus bean ( Vigna unquiculata ssp. sesquipedalis ) all increased, the increase degrees were vars Erlubai> Luhuabai>Xianggangqing. IAA contents in young shoot were also increased, the increase degree of var Xianggangqing was greatest, followed by var Luhuabai, then var Erlubai. IAA contents increased in shoot can translocated from shoot to root. So the ratio of root/shoot increased.
