摘　　要： 随着国民经济的迅速发展,电力体制改革的逐步深入,全国大区电网互联逐步加快,全国用电形势日趋紧张,对电网安全管理提出了更高的要求。结合2002年发生的对电网影响较大的事故,简要分析事故的原因和经验教训,以期通过不断的研究和分析,提出相应的防范措施,进一步加强电网的安全管理工作,提高调度运行人员防御电网事故的能力。 With the project of national electric power grids connection in2002,the exchange is increased among different areas,and the grids security level is required much higher.According to the statistics of grids failures in2002,this paper analyzes the cause and effect of the failures,summarizes the characteristic of the failures,and presents some suggestions to improve grids security level.These suggestions are also beneficial to improve the electric security management level.
