摘 要: 研究了四辊冷带轧机五倍频颤振的产生机理 ,探讨了轧机支承辊与工作辊辊隙的复杂力学特性 ,提出了轧机五倍频再生颤振模型 ,并采用数值方法分析了五倍频颤振模型的稳定性 .在此基础上 ,给出了变速轧制防止五倍频颤振的理论分析 ,仿真结果表明了变速防振方法的有效性 ,并进行了合理的解释 . Based on observations and intuition, a dynamic model capturing some of the behavior observed in practice was developed. In order to understand fifth-octave-mode chatter, a fifth-octave-mode regenerative chatter model was proposed due to the regenerative effect of the vibration displacements between adjacent rotations of the backup rolls, and its stability analysis was presented. A theoretical analysis of variable speed on vibration control was developed, and a simulator provided. The simulation results showed that variable speed was effective to suppress fifth-octave-mode chatter.
