摘 要: 对两家造纸厂几种典型的固体废弃物进行了工业分析实验,在小型回转式焚烧装置上,对固体废弃物进行了冷态、热态试验,研究了炉内停留时间与转速、倾角的关系,以及燃尽率与炉内停留时间、炉温的关系。结果表明:造纸厂固体废弃物含有较多的水分和挥发份;回转炉的转速宜小于10 rpm,倾角宜小于2°,炉温宜大于800 ℃,以保证固体废弃物在炉内有足够的停留时间和反应温度达到较高的燃尽率。 The proximate analysis is done for some kinds of typical solid waste from two paper mills. The cold and hot tests are done in a small rotary kiln, the relationship between the residence time in chamber and rotating speed, inclination and the relationship between the rate of burnout and residence time, surrounding temperature are studied. The results show that there are moisture and volatiles in these typical solid wastes, and high combustion efficiency can be achieved at the condition that the rotary kiln抯 speed is less than 10rpm and the temperature of the chamber is higher than 800℃, because the solid wastes have enough residence time and temperature in the chamber at these conditions.
