摘　　要： 企业危机严重影响企业的发展,甚至生存。企业可能遭受各种类型的企业危机。企业只有加强危机管理,才会立于不败之地。企业危机管理包括危机防范、监测、预控、决策、处理和总结等过程。 Enterprise crisis affects seriously the development and even the existence of enterprise. Enterprise probably meets with enterprise crisis of all kinds. Only that crisis management of enterprise must be strengthened and can it make the enterprise get long development. Enterprise crisis management includes crisis defence,crisis monitor,crisis controlment in advance,crisis policy decision,crisis handling and crisis summarization.
