摘　　要： 朱虹 ,原中国社会科学院外国文学研究所研究员 ,现任美国波士顿大学访问教授。她是我国第一代女性文学批评家 ,也是把我国当代文学介绍给英语世界的女翻译家。在 2 0 0 1年底香港浸会大学举行的“性别与当代文学研讨会”上 ,笔者与她进行了访谈。 Zhu Hong, visiting professor of Boston University,a critic of feminine literature in China. She has translated some Chinese contemporary novels and short stories into English and published them in the United States and other coun-tries. This is an interview between the author and Professor Zhu Hong at the end of last year in Hong Kong. Ms Zhu told us about why and how she translated these works as well as the influence of her studies of feminine literature on her translation.
