摘 要: 采用不熔化极氩气保护焊的方法对0 7mm的 65Mn钢丝进行了焊接试验研究。结果表明 ,当焊接电流为 10A时可以得到外形完美的柱状焊接接头 ,但接头非常脆硬。采用加热温度 2 80℃ ,保温 1h的回火工艺可以明显降低接头脆性及硬度 ,处理后的焊接接头抗拉强度最高达 1379MPa。回火后焊接接头组织为回火马氏体与枝晶间铁素体。若在焊好的环形钢丝上镀覆金刚石磨料 ,有可能使之成为一种高效的切割工具。 The welding test of 65Mn steel wire with 0.7mm in diameter was carried out by argon-arc welding in this paper.The results show that the pillar welding joint can be formed when the welding current is 10A,but it is very hard and brittle.By tempering at 280℃ and holding 1h,the hardness and brittleness can be reduced greatly and the maximum tensile strength of the joint is 1379MPa.With diamond abrasives coating,the ring steel wire after welding is likely to be a kind of high efficiency cutting tool.
