摘 要: 为解决松软煤层小煤柱动压巷道支护的技术难题,以漳村矿2202工作面回风巷作为研究背景,通过相似模拟实验对采动压力作用下的松散煤层巷道变形破坏特征进行了研究,在此基础上,对回采巷道合理的支护方式及支护参数进行了设计。并通过FLAC3D数值模拟和工业试验验证了其方案能够有效地控制松软煤层小煤柱巷道围岩的变形。 To solve the technological problems of roadway support with small pillar in soft coal seam under dynamic pressure,taking 2202 ventilation roadway in Zhangcun mine as research object,the failure characters of roadway with small coal pillar in soft coal seam under dynamic pressure was studied by similar simulation experiment,the reasonable supporting way was chosen and the supporting parameters were designed based on the failure characters.Through the numerical simulations by FLAC3 Dsoftware and the industrial experiment,the tests shows that the deformation of roadway with small pillar in soft coal seam under dynamic pressure has been controlled effectively by support reinforcement.
