摘 要: 为对新型粘弹性履带式工程机械的动态特性进行分析,需建立“路面—履带式车辆—驾驶员”随机振动系统模型。提出一种根据车辆不同振动特征而把其分为“路面—车辆”和“车辆—驾驶员”的“拆分”方案。经对“拆分”模型特性分析及对履带式推土机样机的仿真分析,掌握了在不同路面状况下车辆的响应,为新型粘弹性悬挂机械的开发提供设计参数。 A random vibration system model of 'road-crawler type vehicle-operator' is needed for the analysis of dynamic characteristics of new type viscoelastic crawler construction machinery. On the basis of different vibratory features of vehicles, a 'splitting' scheme to divide the system into 'road-vehicle' and 'vehicle-operator' systems is suggested in the article. Through characteristic analysis of the 'splitting' model and simulation analysis of a crawler type bulldozer prototype, vehicle responses to different road surface conditions are mastered, which provides design parameters for the development of new type viscoelastic suspension machinery.
