摘　　要： 我国自1994年外汇体制改革以来,在推进汇率市场化进程中出现了一些问题,针对这些问题,我们试图运用产权经济学的有关理论,通过提出汇率市场化在产权方面的要求来分析产生这些问题的深层次原因,并从产权角度提出了改革建议。 There come some problems in the course of the operation of the new system after China reformed the old foreign exchange system in 1994. This paper tries to analyze the reasons in property rights and gives some conceptions in the reform of property rights.
