摘　　要： “桃海梨园”是一处观光农园。其规划设计适应现代旅游发展趋势 ,立足兰州市情 ,配合城市生态建设 ,具有很强的可操作性。本文在系统分析开发优势和准确进行客源市场定位的基础上 ,提出了“桃海梨园”的规划构思与目标 ,重点划分了六大功能区 ,并精心设计了相应的旅游景点和项目。 The Land of Peach and Pear Blossoms is an agri-tourism eco-park which was biult on the bases of situation of Lanzhou and the tendency of tourism development. In this paper, the superiority of exploitation, tourism market location, as well as the planning conception and aim are fully analyzed. It is focuses on the dividing of six functional districts, and related tourist points and activities are designed.
