摘 要: 按照布鲁姆的教育理论对“细菌和噬菌体的重组与连锁”一章的教学进行改革 ,明确教学目标 ,从基本概念出发 ,引导学生如何观察实验现象 ,如何进行分析和假设 ,最后得出重要结论 ,从而探讨在教学中如何提高学生的创造性思维能力和学习的主动性 . According to Bulum's theory of education, the author attempted to innovate the teaching of the chapter “recombination and linkage of Bacteria and Bacteriophage”. To reduce the difficulty of teaching and learning, the author used modern multimedia means on the basis of grasping general concept to instruct students how to analyze experimental results, how to make advisable hypotheses, how to prove these hypotheses, and how to come to the important conclusions finally. Questions such as how to improve students' ability of creative thinking and how to orgamize activities of learning in the course of teaching are discussed,and postive results are achieved.
