摘 要: 本文综述了近年来硒的测定方法在食品分析中的应用,包括试样消化,基体改进剂效应,分离富集,以及介质条件。着重综述了原子吸收分光光度法和荧光分析法。认为探索灵敏度高,选择性好的测定方法仍然是今后重要的研究课题。 It is reported in this paper that the recent progress on determination ol selenium used in food analysis has been surveyed, including digestion of samples, the effects of several matrix modifiers, separation, enrichment and the medium condition. Determination methods, such as atomic absorption spectrometry and fluorimetry are presented. It is considered that studies on highly sensitive and selective analysis methods of trace selenium are still interesting.
