摘　　要： 水煤浆是一种新型煤基代油清洁燃料 ,将广泛应用在工业和电站锅炉 ,其燃烧产生的飞灰的化学成分与燃煤成分相同。由于水煤浆及燃烧的自身特点 ,其飞灰和烟气的特性指标同比燃煤存在一定的差异 ,其可收集性要优于燃煤飞灰。阐明采用干法而避开湿法收集 ,优先选用脉冲布袋除尘器和电除尘器。为降低电除尘器的设备成本和使之高效、安全、可靠地运行 ,提出了在设计中注意把握的几个方面 ,对于烟气量小的工业锅炉 ,采用组合式电除尘器。 As a new type clean fuel.Coal slurry will be widely used in the industry boiler or power station boiler.Although the ash from the coal slurry boiler has the same chimical conslituent compared with the ash from coal boiler.Due to the combustion of coal slurry has some special characteristic.There are some difference between the characteristic index of coal slurry smoke ash and that of coal smoke ash.The collectability of the coal slurry smoke ash is better than that of coal smoke ash.Cyclone So dry cyclone is better than wet.The pulse cloth bag and electrostatic precipitator have advantage in the cleaning in order to get high efficient safety standard and reliability some items that should pay attention to are proposed.It is recommended that the combined electrostatic precipitator should be used in the cleaning smoke ash of small capacity boiler.
