玄武岩纤维/植物纤维复合材料及其性能的影响因素研究

摘  要: 试验探讨了打浆度、玄武岩纤维含量及添加剂量等因素对复合材料性能的影响。采用正交试验法确定了各种添加剂的最佳加入量,制备了复合型体材料。测定了玄武岩纤维复合材料的润湿角。对本文研究的复合材料而言,打浆度越高,复合材料的透气性越小;玄武岩纤维含量越高,复合材料的强度越低,透气性越强,防油、防水性能也越差;湿强剂不仅增加复合材料的湿强度,还可增强防水性能;随着防油剂含量增加,防油、防水性能均提高。 The effects of beating degree, the percentage of basalt fibers and agents etc on the properties of the composite materials are studied experimentally. Based on the orthogonal experiment, the optimum percentage of agent has been found and shaped composite materials have been prepared. When the wetting agents are oil and water, the wetting angles are measured. The experimental results show that the higher beating degree results inlower permeability. The higher percentage of basalt fibers results in lower strength of composite materials, higher permeability and lower ability of anti-oil and waterproof. The wet strentgh agent can increase not only the wet strength of the composite materials but also the ability of waterproof. The ability of waterproof and wet strength of the composite materials will also increase when the percentage of the anti-oil agent is increased.
