摘 要: 分析了对船用柴油机进行污染度检测与分析的可行性和必要性,以两条港口作业用拖船上的CumminsKTA-1150-M型柴油机为研究对象,进行了润滑油污染度检测,结合铁谱分析和光谱分析,指出实施润滑油污染度监测不仅可直观地了解机械设备在用润滑油时的污染状态,延长其换油周期,节约维修费用,而且还可对机械设备的磨损状态进行监测,可进行准在线测量。 The feasibility and necessity of measuring oil contaminant levels of the marine diesel engine are analyzed. Taking the CumminsKTA-1150-M diesel engines installed on two tugboats as research objects,the data of contaminant levels are detected and analyzed;and combjning with analyzing spectra and ferrographs for contamination, It is shown that the proposed method can indirectly find out the contaminant condition of the lubrication in the mechanical equipment, prolong the period of oil change and save the maintenance costs. Furthermore, it can monitor the worn condition of the mechanical equipment, and is easy to realize the on-line measurement.
