摘　　要： 江泽民同志关于“三个代表”的重要思想是新时期指导我们高校改革、创新和发展的强大思想武器。“十五”期间,我校把“建设国内一流、特色鲜明的多科性研究型大学”作为努力方向,本文以此为出发点,提出人才培养质量是高校生存和发展的生命线,而要提高人才培养质量,就应该从日常的教学、科研、管理等具体环节抓起,要进一步认真学习、研究和贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,努力实践“三个代表”的要求,使我校的人才培养工作不断开创新的局面。 At the turn of the century,Comrade Jiang Zemin advanced his brilliant exposition of the theory on ' Three Represents ' ,which provides an important guideline on the reform,innovation,and development of the institutions of higher learning. During the 10th five-year-plan period,BUCT will build itself into a domestically first-class,multi-disciplinary,research university with distinctive characteristics.This essay points out that the quality of personnel training holds the key to the survival and development of a university.In order to improve the quality of personnel training,the university should take teaching,scientific research and management into full account.In the meanwhile,the university authority should continue to study hard the theory on ' Three Represents ' ,and try to put it into practice so that the quality of personnel training can be improved up to a new high level.
