摘　　要： 根据棱体成形车刀的设计理论 ,提出了一种利用三维造型技术将刀具廓形复杂的计算转变为一种直接通过截面获得的精确设计方法 ; The characters of geometric model and relation between the prismatic form turning tool and work-piece is analyzed?Based on 3D model, a new and precise method of designing cutter profile is built; By constructing a parametric model and integrating CAD and CAM, A form tool can be redesigned and manufactured rapidly and accurately. a whole design and manufacturing procedure is introduced at last.
