摘　　要： 集中供热分户计费分为热量计量和收费管理两个部分 ,前者是分户计费的依据 ,后者是分户计费能够顺利实施的保证。 Central heating cost allocation includes heat metering and cost allocation. The former is foundation and the latter is a guarantee to the aim. For more equitable and reasonable treatment, proposes a heat cost allocating method based on the analysis of the influences of heat transfer across saparating walls between households and difference in building envelopes on heat cost.
