摘　　要： 必须尊重劳动 ,是党的十六大提出的重要观点。为了正确把握尊重劳动这一重要精神 ,文章对劳动的内涵和外延 ,以及劳动的特点和趋势进行了分析和论述 ,并针对社会生活中存在的几种贬低和歧视劳动的错误观念进行了批评 ,提出只有全社会树立尊重劳动的理念 ,才能营造鼓励人们干事业 ,干成事业的社会氛围 ,让一切创造社会财富的源泉充分涌流。 Work should be respected.This is an important view put forward in the16th National Congress of the CPC.In order to fully and correctly understand this view,this paper analyses and comments on the intension and extension of work,characteristics and trends of.work.This paper also criticizes several wrong viewbelittling and discriminating against work in our daily life.
