摘　　要： 目的　研究音乐的内容和播放次序对人的血压、血氧饱和度、心率的影响。方法　将摇滚音乐、轻音乐、自然静音三种音乐材料 ,以不同顺序播放给 30名大学生 (男、女各 1 5名 ) ,在睁眼清醒状态下聆听 ,记录他们的血压、血氧饱和度、心率。结果　 (1 )音乐内容和播放次序的交互作用对收缩压的影响非常显著 (P <0 .0 1 )。 (2 )播放次序对对男生舒张压的影响显著 (P <0 .0 5)。(3)内容和播放次序的交互作用对血氧饱和度的影响非常显著 (P <0 .0 5)。 (4)不同性别的学生聆听音乐材料时 ,音乐内容和音乐播放次序对他们收缩压的影响是不同的 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　不同音乐内容和播放次序对收缩压、血氧饱和度有影响 ; Objective To study the three different contents and orders of music are played to 30 university students(15 male and 15 female).Methods During they listened with their eyes opened,we record their blood pressure, oxygen saturation and heart rate. Results (1) The effect of interaction of the content and the order of music on systolic blood pressure shows significant differences(P<0.01). (2) To male students,the effects of the different orders on systolic blood pressure shows significant difference(P< 0.05 ). (3)The effect on oxygen saturation shows significant difference(P<0.05). (4)The effect of orders on diastolic to boy students shows significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusions Systolic blood pressure and oxygen saturation are effected by different contents and orders of music. The different sex students are effected differently.
