摘 要: 为了提高带钢终轧温度的控制精度,对精轧过程中导致带钢温度变化的热交换过程进行了分析,并以此作为建立机架间冷却控制的传热模型和自学习模型的理论依据。给出了热轧机组机架间在线冷却控制传热模型和自学习模型的算法。通过程序开发对精轧机组内带钢的温度分布进行了离线模拟,取得了较高的模拟精度。所用数学模型具有较好的在线应用前景。 In order to improve the control accuracy of strip finishing temperature, the heat exchange process that causes hot strip temperature variation during finish rolling was analyzed, which provides the theoretical basis of heat transfer and selfstudy model for interstand cooling control. The heat transfer and selfstudy arithmetic of the online mathematical model for interstand cooling during hot strip rolling are presented in detail. The temperature distribution of the strip in finishing mill group is offline simulated by developing programs and higher precision is achieved. The mathematical models can be used on line.
